Modvigil Dosierungsempfehlungen
Ebenso wie bei unseren anderen Marken Modafinil (Modvigil) und Armodafinil (Artvigil & Waklert), wird jede Tablette sorgfältig hergestellt und mit einer Einkerbung entlang der Mitte der Tablette vorgesehen. Dies bedeutet, dass jede 200mg-Tablette in der Hälfte (entlang der Einkerbung) zerbrochen werden kann, um eine genaue Dosis von 100mg zu erhalten. Für viele Anwender ist 100 mg mehr als genug, um ein angemessenes Gefühl von Wachsamkeit, Konzentration und Aufmerksamkeit zu verleihen. Je nach individuellen Umständen können einige Benutzer, zum Erhalt der maximal gewünschten Wirkung, bis zu 200mg einnehmen. Es ist wichtig Ihren spezifischen Stoffwechsel und die individuelle Reaktion auf Modvigil zu erkennen. Darum empfehlen wir die Einnahme von 100mg (eine halbe Tablette) auf nüchternem Magen, so früh am Tag wie möglich.

Die empfohlene Dosierung von PROVIGIL® für jede Indikation lautet wie folgt: Narkolepsie oder Obstruktive Schlafapnoe (OSA): 200 mg einmal täglich morgens. Schichtarbeitersyndrom (SWD): 200 mg einmal pro Tag, eingenommen etwa eine Stunde vor Beginn der Arbeitsschicht.

Eine aktuelle Studie stellte fest, dass Modafinil null aufgezeichnete Todesfälle hatte in seinem 18-jährigen Verwendungszeitraum in 20 Ländern [22] [23]. CONTRAINDICATIONS PROVIGIL
Provigil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to modafinil or armodafinil.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Serious Rash, including Stevens-Johnson Syndrome: Discontinue PROVIGIL at the first sign of rash, unless the rash is clearly not drug-related.
Angioedema and Anaphylaxis Reactions: If suspected, discontinue PROVIGIL.
Multi-organ Hypersensitivity Reactions: If suspected, discontinue PROVIGIL.
Persistent Sleepiness: Assess patients frequently for degree of sleepiness and, if appropriate, advise patients to avoid driving or engaging in any other potentially dangerous activity.
Psychiatric Symptoms: Use caution in patients with a history of psychosis, depression, or mania. Consider discontinuing PROVIGIL if psychiatric symptoms develop.
Known Cardiovascular Disease: Consider increased monitoring.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Most common adverse reactions (≥5%): headache, nausea, nervousness, rhinitis, diarrhea, back pain, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, and dyspepsia.
INTERACTIONS
Steroidal contraceptives (e.g., ethinyl estradiol): Use alternative or concomitant methods of contraception while taking PROVIGIL and for one month after discontinuation of PROVIGIL treatment.
Cyclosporine: Blood concentrations of cyclosporine may be reduced.
CYP2C19 substrates, such as omeprazole, phenytoin, and diazepam: Exposure of these medications may be increased.
Pregnancy: Based on animal data, may cause fetal harm.

I have been looking at trying modafinil for a couple of years now, I never really went any further than reading all about it and seeing the uses people take it for and the benefits that people are reporting. Well I also have a non-traditional work schedule. I work 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am but for only half the week, so the second half I try to rotate my sleep schedule the other way around, most of those days off I am super tired and mentally foggy and didn’t want to continue that way. So I went ahead and ordered some to try out. The order process was drop dead easy since I already buy things with bitcoin, it was as simple as buying some BTC and sending it to the address provided, that part took less than a couple of mins. Shipping took a little bit, but I expected it was going to take a couple of weeks, I got mine about 2.5 weeks after the order was placed (not unusually long IMO) On my first day off I split a tablet in half as a starting point and it worked great, kicked in about a hour after I took it on a empty stomach and lasted about 8-9 hours, but even after that I was pretty alert not very tired. I did have to take a zyrtec a couple of hours afterwards since Modvigil releases histamines and its allergy season here, I also had a slight headache, but that was already there from being tired from the night before. The next day I was able to sleep in a couple hours longer than I normally do, so when I woke up I didn’t want to take 100mg again so I split that half into a 50mg and took that and took a zyrtec along with it to combat the allergy effect I had the day before. So far so good, I feel the effects, I am alert and awake and ready to function, curious to see how long the 50mg dose lasts. Pretty pleased so far and will be ordering again as soon as I start to run low
